The receptionists are amazing and welcoming. First the dentist and the assistant did a great job but nothing was explained. My daughter is 11 and had a cavity (ive never had one) and she ssid we can fill if youd like and I agreed. Pulled out everything but didnt really explain anything so when she pulled a huge needle out my eyes were huge, (i get not telling her that part ) i had to ask for their name and who they were bc they just walked in and the first thing the assistant said was " open your mouth for me" and I had to ask and you are? Then the dentist came and pretty much same scenario. With children, Maybe a little more friendly and talkitive(bedside mannerisms) but other than that they were gentle and did a great job.
